On this episode Ryan is joined by Wendy Lund. Wendy has over 30 years of experience as a Professor of Nursing and Paramedicine.

Wendy has studied and practiced mindfulness, compassion and resiliency and has conducted studies to investigate the experience of trauma in First Responders. She has completed a Mindfulness Studies degree program at the University of Aberdeen.

Wendy is also the Founder of Wellth Management, a company that helps organizations to redefine wealth and help foster psychological safety and well-being in the workplace.
